Do we take holidays ourselves?
We usually open all year round. However, we try to take a break in November/December or January/February so if you would like to book during those months please give us as much notice as possible. Thank you.
We welcome and actively encourage inspection of our cattery. However, please consider that our guests are our absolute priority so we would ask you to make an appointment in advance. The best time to call to see the cattery is 5pm and we can arrange this time for almost any day.
How to Book?
The first thing you need to do is to ensure we have availability on your chosen dates. To check please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 091 875 691.
Once we confirm that we have suite available we will send you a booking form to complete and email to us.
Useful information when transporting your cat to Cuddles
Please make sure your cat has not eaten for at least 2-3 hours before travelling. Many felines do not travel well and if they are ill they can become very stressed. It also helps a cat to settle if he or she eats shortly after coming into the cattery. We have found that it is not necessarily a good idea to fast your cat completely before coming here as many become suspicious when they realise they’re skipping breakfast!
What to Pack?
A bed or blanket that your cat normally uses (unwashed). Please DO NOT put your cat’s bed into his carrier as it will not be usable if he has an “accident” en route. If your cat sleeps in a human’s bed, put a towel or blanket or rug underneath him or her for a few nights before boarding and bring that.
Vaccination Record Card – for the health and safety of all cats in the cattery, no cat can be admitted without full, current vaccinations. Please also see terms and conditions on our booking form.Any special food that you would like given to your cat during his/her stay.
Some favourite toys.
A scratching post (if your cat has one) or a favourite scratching mat.
A brush or comb if your cat has one. Remember to let us know if you cat does not like being brushed in a certain area!
Any other items that will fit into the suite and will make your cat feel more comfortable.
